Baggage & Luggage is the part of Onemove that looks after luggage and personal belongings. These are the suitcases, boxes and bags people send when they go to university, take a long trip, or move to another country and do not want to drag everything through an airport.

What we do
- We collect from your address in the UK and deliver to the address you choose, in the UK or abroad.
- We send suitcases, holdalls, boxes, and awkward items such as golf bags, skis and bikes.
- For larger loads that are not in a hurry, we also offer sea freight on the routes where it makes sense.
How we work
One price, worked out in front of you
Tell us where your things are going and the size and weight of each item, and the price page shows every option straight away. Each price includes all of our charges. Import duty and taxes set by the destination country are not part of our price, and are paid separately.
Compare before you choose
Our door-to-door services and sea freight sit side by side, with the cheapest and the fastest marked. If you tell us your airline, we also show roughly what it would charge to take the same items as excess baggage, so you can see the whole picture.
The right partner for each route
We are not tied to one carrier. We choose the transport partners for each route and stay responsible for your booking from collection to delivery. You deal with us, not a chain of different companies.
Straight answers about cover
If your items are lost or damaged in our care, we pay up to the limits our transport partner gives us on your route. The booking page shows that limit for your items before you book. We do not sell insurance. If you want your belongings insured for their full value, you can buy transit insurance directly from an insurer. Help at every step
Our booking form checks your packing list as you type and tells you about anything that cannot travel, and our guides cover packing, measuring and customs for the places people send to most. After you book, your private booking page shows where your shipment has got to.
