How is the price worked out?
Each item is priced on its weight or on the space it takes up, whichever is greater. That is why we ask for the length, width and height as well as the weight.
Do I need an account to get a price?
No account is needed. Comparing online prices does not need contact details. To submit a request to our team, give your name, email and telephone number so we can discuss the quote and collection arrangements.
How long is my price held?
Online prices are held for 7 days. The date is shown on your price. For a quote by email, we confirm the validity with the quote.
Does my suitcase need to go in a box?
No. You can send a suitcase as it is. Some services charge a handling fee for items that are not boxed, and if one applies it is already in the price you see.
What do you need to prepare?
